Our company has used Zultys phones since 2004 and we've been pleased with the performance. Datatel 360 recently helped us install a new Zultys phone system that we use with a PRI. All of my co-workers like the Zultys Zip33G phones and MXIE app. We've had a few minor glitches which were no fault of Datatel. We have a very specialized setup with our PA system and paging options at our plant. Michael helped us get it configured along with several other features like the mobile MXIE app, voice mail and operator groups, etc. Michael Kirchhoff and Marsie Johnson are great to work with!
